Abigail Chubb – 2019 Aerospace Engineering Scholar

The Tennessee Space Grant Consortium at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, is pleased to award Abigail Chubb a scholarship to support her studies in aerospace engineering.  Abigail is a first-year Aerospace Engineering major, with a minor in Leadership Studies, and member of two honors programs, the Honors Leadership Program and the Cook Grand Challenge Honors Engineering Program.  Abigail’s current plans are to study aboard and participate in the UTK Engineering Ambassadors program.  In the future, Abigail would like to participate in summer internships with various engineering firms and her dream is to eventually design and construct rollercoasters.  Abigail’s professors describe her as hard working, intelligent, enthusiastic, and bursting with creative.  Congratulations, Abigail!
